About Our Products

What materials are your tarps made of?
Our tarps are made of high-quality, durable materials such as polyethylene, canvas, and vinyl. Each material has its own unique properties and is suitable for different purposes.
Can I order custom-sized tarps?
Yes, we offer custom-sized tarps for an additional fee. Just contact our customer service team for more information.
How do I know what size fittings I need for my project?
We offer a wide range of metal connector fittings. 

  • 1" fittings are made to accept 1" EMT conduit pipe. 
  • 1 3/8" fittings accept 1 3/8" top rail fencing pipes.
  • 1 5/8" fittings accept 1 5/8" fencing post pipes.

The inner diameter of the fittings is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the posts they accommodate.

What if I don't see what I need?
We have an extensive array of products both in tarps as well as hardware. If you don't see what you are looking for, please call us or email us.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Can I make changes to my order?
We are glad to edit your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Call us at (864) 479-4880 as soon as possible to let us know of your desired changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Call us at (864) 479-4880 and email us at sales@tarps.com to cancel your order. We will do our best to cancel it as long as it hasn't begun fabrication or been shipped. 
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

Placing Orders & Delivery

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Meta Pay, Shop Pay or Visa. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us at (864) 479-4880 and we would be glad to help you.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use cutting-edge security encryption to protect your payment information. 
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, currently we deliver anywhere in the US and Canada.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for large orders. Please contact us for more information.
Which carriers do we use?
Orders weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped via UPS. Larger orders will typically go LTL freight. 
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Some of our products are made to order and will take longer. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method, but most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days. If you have a tight deadline, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Product Care

How should I store my tarp?
When not in use, they can be fully dried and folded. Keep them as much as possible in a cool and dry location off the ground and away from direct sunlight. This will preserve the maximum life of your tarps.
What should I do in the event of severe weather?
Tarps.com cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to canopies or tarps resulting from natural phenomena, including but not limited to wind, rain, snow, floods, hurricanes or severe storms. To mitigate such risks, we strongly urge the secure anchoring of all canopies using weights, ropes or tie wires. It is crucial to ensure that tarps are firmly affixed to the canopy frame, and the tightness of bungee ties should be regularly inspected. In the event of predicted extreme weather conditions, we recommend the removal of the canopy's tarp until the inclement weather has subsided.
